    Default Axis #9 - Spoilers

I'm not going into detailed spoilers in this one but the long and short is

-The heroes manage to break out White Skull

-The battles between the inverted heroes and villains continues

    - Deadpool manages to change Apocalypse's mind and he helps the heroes. Thor is chasing Loki on the moon until they run until mjolnir and Loki manages to wield it and beat Thor down (ugh!)

    - The battle on Earth rages on until Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver and Dr Voodoo appear on the scene. Doom, Wanda and White Skull work together to reverse the inversion but Iron man has devised a force field to protect himself. However, he covers up Havok and Sabertooth too both of whom stay inverted.

    - Loki is reverted and he can't lift mjolnir again while Havok kidnaps the Wasp and forces her to transport both of them into the microverse. Meanwhile, Stark, Doom and Red Skull escape.

    - A news broadcast shows a video where the Axis of villains take responsibility for the actions of the inverted X-men and Avengers. It's explained they did this while inverted to prevent the blame from falling on the Avengers and the X-men.

    - The issue ends with Sabretooth writing a letter about how good he now is and how he's going to try be a better person.

Personally I think itīs the worst issue of all of nine.

There are no answers on whatever happened to other characters that supposedly were there. I havenīt see the Enchantress in the whole issue more than one panel and nothing more, she just seems gone from one issue (8) to another (9).

Well, I guess that answers the "how do the X-Men get out of this one" question.

I am happy that it is over.

I gotta admit, I'm impressed that the public seems to be giving the X-Men their "get out of jail" card. I kind of assumed they'd be jerks about it, but seems like they're okay with the explanation. Which works for the Jean Grey School at least, since Axis potentially screwed them over big time. So that's all good.

Yeah, but whatīs supposed to happen to her, will she be the new Thor, was she dead, is she still inverted like Iron Man or Sabretooth?

Itīs good itīs over, what a huge waste of money.

    So pointless.

This in no way, shape, form or fashion needed to be a line-wide event. All it did was set things up for UA Volume 2.
And now UXM has to deal with Havok. Nobody asked for this !

This was one bad event. It had some potential but it tried to do too much and ended up doing nothing.

Rogue and Wanda smiling at the end like morons really irked me. Completely oblivious to what they did.
