BTW- Flash Gordon #1 is set to come out on January 7th, his 81st birthday.

I picked up Flash Gordon #7 today. Mostly because it has the previews (with lettering!) of the first issues.
I would've liked to get the rest of the Jeff Parker series but I didn't have enough money and they only had the kiddie variant covers for #1 and 2."There's magic in the sound of analog audio." - CNET.

I hope that when Flash Gordon returns to ongoing after King Comics that they'll keep the art style of the current series. Shaner's work reminds me a lot of Rude's Nexus.
