Stats and such Stack, but this Composite's stats can't exceed Peak Human levels in any physical category

So at least a few people that are relatively featless, two who are useless, and a specification that they stack except not beyond a completely arbitrary point.

Most of the Cod people and Most of the Halo people.

Not really seeing the point. since they don't stack beyond peak human, what you get is...a peak human who can shoot good. That's it.
