Gigamix Quick Man... When the Wily and Light Numbers were fighting the Stardroids, they came across one named Mercury (SRN-002*). He was made of liquid metal, and he came back from EVERYTHING that was thrown at him, including ATMOSPHERIC RE-ENTRY. He was finally destroyed by Quick Man, who apparently slashed him in two vertically with his Quick Boomerang (in the Megamix/Gigamix series, the Quick Boomerang is depicted as a big sword like weapon). Even Shadow Man, being in close proximity to Quick Man, stated that he was unable to detect Quick Man's movements. Quick Man was slashing Mercury quicker than he could regenerate himself, even though it shows that it was only one slash (which Mercury should have been able to come back from).

The scan I previously posted was an explanation of his "speed", so I would not misrespresent it.

The robot that Quick Man attacked had previously survived atmospheric reentry from many miles above Earth; it is made of liquid metal and can regenerate. Shadow Man even states that he didn't see Quick Man attack. So Quick Man was slashing Mercury faster than he could regenerate.

Which means he can do like... faster than people can see? Saying he cut too fast for the guy to regenerate means literally nothing because we have no way of quantifying how fast that is.

If that's the best you have for him then Raiden is going to rip him apart before he even knows what's going on.

The thing is, Raiden has never been shown to be that fast. The fastest Raiden has shown to be able to attack is the QTE where Senator Armstrong is tanking his punches. You could still see (and count) what he was doing.

When it comes to physical strength, Raiden DOES have Quick Man beat.

i'm calling bullshit on that. raiden is a casual bullet timer who can run along missiles in flight to cut up a chopper.
