Henry has no feats that would give him any sort of an advantage in combat.
In solving a case, I'd toss a coin. Dexter is better able to get into the mind of a serial killer (as well as being better motivated than the average cop) whereas Henry has far more experience with forensic investigation.
Henry is downright Holmesian in forensics. He'd solve a case before Dexter - he often knows the whole story as soon as they appear on-scene, just by looking around.
But his only "advantage" in combat is that he cannot die. And that's easy enough to get over by just not killing him and going for the 10-count. Other than that, well, he has served in a couple of wars, so he likely has done basic training, but lacks any on-screen combat feats at all, plus his service was as a doctor, so it's pretty unlikely he got a ton of advanced combat training.
Dexter maybe a super genius at building Mechs and robots, but Mark Henry is the World's Strongest Man. So assuming Dexter doesn't start with an army of Robots, in a mech, or with Monkey he's in serious danger of eating a World's Strongest Slam.
...
Wait, what do you mean "Wrong Dexter and Henry"? What do you want? JOHN Henry? He DIED trying to outdo robots.
The MunchKING is Back! And he is AWSOME!
