Quick Man is a pretty Badass robot. I mean he's the child of Elec Man and Cut Man. ON CRACK!
That's enough to beat most Jack the Rippers, but as it's a composite, I'll say I DO seem to recall there was one where Jack was like this Avatar of Killing and had a Blade that could cut through anything. Quick Man would need to be really badass to survive that...The MunchKING is Back! And he is AWSOME!

Okay... so that's one feat of multiple afterimages.
Not enough to beat Raiden.
Got anything else? Ideally in better quality scans and oriented correctly.

The point is, when Quick Man attacks, no one sees it coming if he doesn't want them to.
At the very least, we can agree that Jack ain't blitzin' Quick Man.
EDIT: WHY is it that no matter how I snap these photos on my ohone, this site incorrectly posts the orientation??

In Raiden's defense, he was relatively unscathed after Senator Armstrong finished whaling on him. He did not even suffer any damage after his failed punching attack against Armstrong. All the stuff Armstrong did to Raiden, Jack shoukd have suffered SOME damage. Originally Posted by master of read

As for Quick, a point-blank Charge Shot from Mega Man was enough to put him down for the count (but to his credit, it was only after the Time Stopper was used, which is Quick's weakness from Mega Man II). As for Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters, Quick Man is revealed to be made of "lightweight materials".
