    DWN-012 is Quick Man's serial number, and the other stuff meant this Quick Man is composite.

    Definitely way above that.

    Raiden considers deflecting sustained machine gun fire from multiple sources a basic level required for entering into combat with him.

    When he's in Blade Mode he treats people on that level like they are statues. They literally move in super slow-mo to him.

    He is really fast. Really, really fast.

    Quicksilver depends on where in his fluctuating power level you take him from. At his fastest, Quicksilver is a lot faster.

    Ban is quite a bit faster but the difference isn't as much as peak Quicksilver.

    I don't know anything about 009 so I can't comment on him.
