The other one was when Quick Man put down Mercury, after Mercury (the liquid Metal Stardroid) lol-nope'd everything the other Robot Masters (including Rock) threw at him, even coming back from atmospheric reentry. However, Quick Man was so fast, he managed to damage Mercury faster than he could regenerate, causing his destruction. My reasoning for stating this is to put that Gigamix scan into context. It's almost like Buuhan vs Vegetto; Vegetto could have literally beat Buuhan to death due to Vegetto hurting Buuhan faster than his healing/regenerative factor could heal him.

Yeah, that doesn't tell us anything about his speed.

Cutting him faster shouldn't make any difference to how quickly he regenerated because, in the scan you showed, he only cut him once.

This is either evidence of Quick Man having anti-regenerative properties, Mercury having a weakness being cut in half from head to toe or just plain inconsistency.

it also doesn't help that we dont know how fast mercury was in relation to QM which doesn't give a good gauge of how fast he really is.

Quicksilver depends on where in his fluctuating power level you take him from. At his fastest, Quicksilver is a lot faster.

Ban is quite a bit faster but the difference isn't as much as peak Quicksilver.

I don't know anything about 009 so I can't comment on him.
