Kurai (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles)-- daughter of Shredder

Samus Aran (Metroid/Smash Bros.)-- has someone played her before?

Princess Peach (Mario/Smash Bros.)-- I think she'd be rather fun

Zelda/Shiek (Zelda/Smash Bros.)-- magic and fighting ninja skills!

Black Widow (Marvel)-- any version would work.
