That's the one, yes. "If sarcasm were a superpower, perhaps you'd carry your weight among us". And there's a lovely resolution where Namor almost complements him at the end. Lovely, in character writing.

I love the "Savage genetic imperative" too !... In fact I find all the Namor/Sue story by Morrison in FF1234 just perfect : the best part of the book - and it's a great FF book. Jae Lee at his best makes it shine of course...

Couldn't you at least have gotten properly spiffed up for the occasion? Showing up on the cover in your nightgown with your hair still in curlers. Tsk, tsk.

I really did enjoy Marvel Projects ... but this was one of the changes I didn't care for much. But Brubaker did call it right, about Namor finding true friends amongst the enemies of his enemies.

That is a great, if entirely too much tentacled, panel from the Atlas era. I do love quippy Namor.

One of my all time favorite moments! All those years later, Betty Dean saving the day, yet again, and Namor still loves her. I really, really wish we could at least have Betty in Agent Carter.
