The DC Martians make this a challenge, except for guys like the Human Torch and Firestorm.

There are also the legions of angry, yet technologically advanced Martians from Mars Attacks!

Do they get all of the weaknesses from each type of Martian? That would include at least fire, germs, and Slim Whitman's version of "Indian Love Call".

Comic martians count? Then, Marvel had a series where the Martians (later retconned to aliens from elsewhere) kicked the crap out of all the Earth superheroes and took over Earth. Terribly stupid.

The Terra Formars cockroach people make this a bad day for anyone who is not significantly superhuman in their speed, durability and strength.

And there are millions of them.

Not to mention turning the movie into a work of horrorcore art which would make Troma Entertainment weep tears of admiration. The esoteric ideas to do with Mars from the New Age movement(read: UFOnuts) are also pretty nasty when put in a Rumbles context; the equivalent of a multiple-ZPM wielding super-civilization, planet-killing nukes, massive subterranean cities which we can't reach with nukes etc all repackaged as fictional material. Then there's the Asimov version of Mars, which makes for a good infrastructure which will sustain a sizable invasion for quite a while, as well as Burroughs material(though I reckon just sending Doomsday to Barsoom will end things rather nicely...)

How powerful were the Martians from It's Walky! again, and was the Cheese one of their creations?

With at least one honey badger roach.

Never mess with a honey badger.

Which makes no sense. I mean, how did they get past Franklin Richards, Molecule Man, etc?

I have no memory of the details except that the series stunk. At the time, it seemed ridiculous that they took out all of Marvel. Somebody might remember it or google it.
