The Wire did those really well, Kinji Fukusaku is the master of it and i think gunfights in Eurocrime movies tend to be delightfully chaotic. Any comic that does this sort of stuff well? There is gunpowder in the air, people cannot hit their targets an atmosphere of chaos...

The best I've ever seen is in We3, when the cybernetic animals escape. There's a fragmentary technique used and the action seems very chaotic.
