Depends on the mission and game.

In one I almost always had Tali on my team with the third member being whoever I felt like at the moment.

In two I try to use everyone but usually lean towards Garrus, Tali, Legion and Samara.

In three again tried to use everyone but leaned towards Garrus, Tali and Javik.

Overall favorite as far as backstory personality etc I'd probably have to go with Tali.

I usually use Garrus for most of my missions, but in the end it all depends on the mission at hand.

Wrex and Garrus. Too bad they didn't give Wrex much of anything to do for most of the series since most people killed him off in the first game.

Having him around for the following 2 games was good enough for me after not killing him in 1. Knowing that jackass Wreav couldn't be clan leader.

Why would you kill off Wrex? That will bite you hard in the ass in the next two games. Plus its Wrex!

I picked Tali, but really the four aliens from ME1 have a shared first place for me. Mordin and Grunt after that. Then Jack. F the rest.

Other than Miranda and Jack, I personally thought that pretty much all the human options for the whole trilogy were lame/boring. Hopefully it won't be forever until the next game comes out.

Same, the humans were often my least favourite.

Actually, I don't even think Miranda was that great, I loved Jack tho!

She kinda had a neat backstory, that's pretty much it lol. Not much on an actual character. Jack definitely wins the human side lol.
