Miller should definitely be Bob, Agent of Hydra. And Feige is involved, so it's not impossible that Hydra will be used. Or they could turn him into Weapon X agent. Skrein can be Weasel.

They can't use Hydra; but if they do use Bob, given it's Deadpool, I imagine they'll be a reference to the fact.

Bob being a Deadpool support character would belong to Fox, but Hydra is being used by Marvel, especially in The Winter Soldier & AOS..
