    Actually, Yes.
    Crossing an infinite distance:

“Matthew was up ahead. To the naked eye, he seemed to be thirty feet away. However, the distance was actually infinite. “Impossible . . . It can’t be!” the boy exclaimed, his surprise so great his face wore a look of utter stupefaction as he stared at D.
The Hunter had closed to within six feet of him, but Matthew wasn’t worried. He knew although it appeared to the naked eye to be six feet, the space between them was infinite.“As the boy laughed uncontrollably, a silvery flash zipped to the end of his nose.
“What the—” Matthew exclaimed, reeling back and putting his hand to the tip of his nose. Something red dripped from it.
“You cut me?” he said, purple madness turning to white fear. “How could you cut me? Between you and me, there must be—”
His eye burned with red reflected from D’s eyes. Eyes narrowed with rage, fangs peeking from vermilion lips—it was clearly the face of a vampire.”

    “Vampire Hunter D, Vol. 17: Tyrant’s Stars, Pts. 3 & 4.”

    Healing Negation:

“Worse yet, the werewolf’s wound wouldn’t close! That wouldn’t be so unusual when it was human, but once it assumed the beastly form, the cells of a werewolf’s flesh were like single-cell organisms, giving it the regenerative power of a hydra. Cells created more cells, closing wounds instantly. But the blade the werewolf had just tasted made regeneration impossible, though it was probably not due to the blade but rather the skill of the youth who wielded it.

Skin and muscle tissue that could reject bullets weren’t showing any signs of regenerating!”

    Vampire Hunter D Vol 1

Survives having his internal organs turned into a sun:

“The skull’s teeth came to a dead stop. “What I did to you . . . would burn a Noble down to the bone. Because it turns you into the sun . . . no one can withstand it. Yet how did you manage this . . . without any antidote? Why . . . the only one who’s ever endured that was our Sacred Ancestor"

Vampire Hunter D, Vol. 15: Dark Road

    Altering the Akashic records
“He saw two points of light blazing from the depths of the fog, so red they froze his blood—they were D’s eyes.
“You—you son of a bitch,” the grand duke stammered. “You can change the akashic record?”

    Vampire Hunter D, Vol. 17: Tyrant’s Stars

    Explanation of the Akashic record

“It’s a fragment of the akashic record,” the Sacred Ancestor said. “Someone has managed to get a peek at it, though its contents are difficult to decipher even for me. But that which isn’t meant to be seen truly shouldn’t be seen. Having broken that taboo, the person’s existence is erased from history. And now look! The akashic record seeps from the vault, and the universe as we know it may end. The history carved into that space-time is vanishing. Because history is made of time.”
By this point, the existence of the man called Kima had been wiped from Valcua’s brain, and also from the memories of every living creature that knew him.”

    Vampire Hunter D, Vol. 17: Tyrant’s Stars

    No-sells a mental attack:

“How strong is the attack?” D asked, not sounding at all distressed.

“As if you couldn’t tell already. Well, I’d say it’s about five thousand rigels on the Noble scale. Enough to drive the entire population of a city mad in a millisecond.”

“The desert doesn’t pull any punches.”

Vampire Hunter D, Vol. 6: Pilgrimage of the Sacred and the Profane.

Catching a laser that hits near instantly:

“A golden light connected heaven and earth . . . but it wasn’t lightning. Rather, it was a blistering stream of charged particles. Heaven and earth alike dissolved into gold, and within the light, D’s form wavered like a fleeting heat shimmer.
The hundred-million-degree torrent suddenly vanished. Particles of light burned here and there in the black clearing, but D stood in the same spot as before with his left hand raised high. A tiny mouth in his palm had swallowed the blistering stream.”

    Intangibility:

With his words as her signal to start, the girl concentrated all her might into her right hand. Her power coursed down the whip to the tips, trying to send the youth sailing through the air. But it didn’t! In fact, all eight loops passed right through the youth’s body without losing their circular form!

Getting slammed from Pluto to Earth at FTL speeds:

“““We’re passing the speed of light!” A hoarse voice called from the left hand D extended. “And we’ve got no wind. Brace for impact!” A tiny mouth formed on the palm of his hand. In it appeared a howling blue flame. Space twisted as the tiny mouth inhaled. The left hand vanished. At the same time, D felt a violent impact.”
    Vampire Hunter D: Volume 16 Tyrant’s Star part 3″

Reacting to light pulled directly from the sun:

“D became a black shooting star flying through the air. The sun ray beam that shot through the space he just occupied an instant earlier continued past him. With nothing to strike, it scored direct hit to the carriage parked to one side of the square. “That’s not good!” someone cried out. Startled by the flying sparks and energy discharge the team of horses whinnied especially loudly and bolted for the exit on the far side of the square. “Close the back gate!” A few villagers ran off in response to the old man’s shouts but an instant later a beam intercepted them, and they fell forward with their heads blown off. Nobody could tell where the beams were coming from. The square had become a place where bolts and light flitted madly, and, as fleeing villagers vanished in the flashes, the origin of the murderous beams still seemed impossible to determine. However, the one clear image that greeted anyone who looked back was the enraptured expression of the angelic young man as he stood by the entrance of the square watching the mad dance of the lights. It was inspiring how his face brimmed with joie de vivre as he gleefully toyed with the deadly rays. All at once, the square reclaimed its original hue. Perhaps it was an aftereffect of the powerful white flashes, but the green trees and brown houses burned themselves into the scene in almost painfully deep tones before gradually returning to their natural color. Villagers creeping to the edge of the square-or some cases crouched on the ground watching where this supernatural phenomena was headed-saw a pair of figures square off with some thirty feet between them. One was a young man wearing an angelic smile, the other was a hunter as beautiful as the moon’s corona. Which would prove the faster, the racing figure in black or the coursing stream of white light? Everyone gasped as D fended off one white-hot attack but two more streaks pierce his body as he dashed forward. But what did the villagers really see and gasp about? D held his left hand out in front of his chest. The two bolts of light changed directions right before him, and became a single flash,, and were sucked into the palm of the hand. The young man didn’t move. His smile still brimmed with pleasure. D’s flashing blade flowed from the tip of his foes head down to his lower jaw.” Vampire Hunter D vol 3 Demon Deathchase

    Left hand absorption feat:
“”Suddenly there was a powerful gust of wind. Waves began to build and break on the sea that lay in defense of Egbert, and in the blink of an eye, the vast body of water became a thin layer of liquid suspended in the air. All the wind was blowing towards a single point. Towards D–and his left hand. And what a powerful gale it was. But it didn’t blow the soldiers through the air. Before it could, the tendrils of wind and already ripped away the flesh and blood that formed their bodies. Necks twisted, arms snapped, and the torsos they’d been joined to broke apart in midair, before they were sucked into D’s right hand.”-Vampire Hunter D Volume 7

His dark Aura even affects machines:

“Compressors whined within the giant crab’s launchers, and steam billowed from the vents on either side of the creature. It came at him again. But suddenly, the giant crab grew scared. Although it was a machine and didn’t move an inch, Su-In could tell from behind the big tree it was frightened. Every fiber of the woman was eerily chilled, and her eyes were drawn to D. What had struck fear into the soulless machine emanated from every inch of him. The trickle of blood from his forehead vanished at the end of his lips. His eyes were ablaze, burning with the color of a vampires gaze. The next sight left Su-In wondering if this was the work of a dream demon running amuck in a world where time had stopped. D kicked off the stone steps. Unlike his earlier leap, this time the hem of his coat opened like the ominous wings of some mythic bird as he soared through the air. As the shadowy figure came down again, there was a flash of white light from him on the way. Soft as the flash was, it had an incredible weight to it, and even after it had sliced deep into the dome on the giant crab’s carapace , the enemies weapons did not go into action. The slice went halfway the slice went halfway though the carapace, the enemies weapons still did not go into action. The slice went halfway though the shell. Sparks shot out through the gaping wound, and the giant crab disgorged blood that looked like glistening oil.”-Vampire Hunter D Vol 7

    Explanation of his healing negation:

"He cut through not only flesh and bone, but through the fount of life. No one, god or demon, can help you now." Vampire Hunter D Vol 7

Also, he has 5,000 years of fighting experience.

His healing factor is on par with Alucard's:
“That enzyme dissolves bodies—your mind is deeper and stronger than I’ll ever know, but your flesh isn’t . . .”
A warning signal resounded somewhere in Sigma’s electronic thought centers. An intense “pain” shot through it, and its “eyes” were drawn to the blade of a sword stuck halfway into its casing. Blue electromagnetic waves stretched from it in all directions.
    “That’s my . . . vital spot . . . You really are . . . something else.”
A puddle of ooze lay on the floor where D had been. It stood up. For an instant, it was only visible as something wearing clothes, but Sigma knew the strapping figure with dark eyes could only be D.”

    Vampire Hunter D, Vol. 16: Tyrant’s Stars

D piercing through a suit and negating a vampire's healing:

The exoskeleton was equipped with automatic repair circuits. They would work to restore not only the armor, but also the person using it.
D’s sword had narrowly missed Roland’s heart, instead piercing his right lung clean through to his back. The laws of physics said it was impossible to penetrate the armor, yet the swordsman had come within a fraction of an inch of skewering the man within it—thanks to his peerless skill with a blade. What’s more, Roland’s cellular tissue wouldn’t knit back together. An injury from an ordinary sword or spear—or even from a bullet—could be healed by the ageless and immortal flesh of the Nobility in the blink of an eye, with the wound closing immediately. Even nerve-cell damage that human beings never recovered from could be repaired by an ability on par with the mythical Hydra. It wasn’t a special sword. And this hadn’t been some bizarre sword technique that could bend three-dimensional space. It was just an ordinary thrust. And yet, the ravaged cells gave the duke searing pain, and the lifeblood gushing out required immediate medical attention.

    Another strength feat:

“flash of silver mowed right across the fat man’s chin. Sparks shot out.
    D pulled his sword away.
“Too bad,” Gilligan said, stroking the bar by the base of his neck. “This baby is made of Zeramium steel. Had it custom built way back in the Capital. Shoot, it’d take a laser an hour to cut into it a fraction of an inch.”
“The wind brushed by his neck. There was a loud clang at his feet. It was the sound of the bar that’d shielded his chin falling to the floor.
Gilligan felt his hair was rising on end.
“Don’t think that it stopped me,” D said softly"

“Vampire Hunter D Volume 7: Mysterious Journey to the North Sea, Part One."

    Another Alucard Level regen feat:
As the men stood rooted in disbelief, one of their heads burst apart like a pomegranate. The arm in black that poked from it was covered with blood and liquefied brains.
    is that D?
Even though the remaining men realized it was, they were powerless to do anything. Another man's head exploded, and a right hand appeared, gripping a sword. From the head of the third came a traveler's hat and an inhumanly gorgeous face. "This is how a vampire fights!" D's left hand laughed aloud. With fear on his face, the fourth one spun around. It was the same man who'd pushed his head back together. Behind him, the bodies of the other three tottered, holding each other up. Flesh split, and bones snapped.
    -
The sword flew from the hand that'd appeared. Spinning horizontally, the blade took the fleeing man through the back of the neck. Once again, the man held his head down. and the line of the cut vanished. Turning, the man shouted, " You're wasting your time. I, one of the chosen?" the hoarse voice sneered. The man tripped over his own feet. It wasn't that the hoarse voice had scared him. The vermillion line around his neck had returned, and bright blood had gushed from it all at once. A bloody mist enveloped his upper body and no sooner didt, than the man dropped his head. Accompanying it were the arms that held it, taken off at the elbows.
    -
As the sword came spinning back, D caught it with his left hand. His body, which could only be described as exquisite, had already regenerated completely...

Vampire Hunter D: Scenes From An Unholy War

    D's senses at work:

"From the way you were breathing, I could tell there were flowers blooming in your right lung," said D"

Vampire Hunter D: Pale Fallen Angel

    Another Senses feat:

Black smoke was rising from a rusty chimney on the factory. Even from a few miles way, D's ears could catch the sounds of activity in the plant. As D focues his gaze on the objects contructed around the building, the horse voice asked him, "You know what those are?"

    Vampire Hunter D: Mercenary Road

And, for a grand Finale, D closing a hole in space-time:

“Space eaters—in return for swallowing their own bodies, these bugs tore a hole in space that would swallow anything and everything. And Grand Duke Mehmet was able to control these dangerous creatures as he wished.

Not saying another word, he let one of the bugs go buzzing through the air. This time it arced right up over D and Ann’s heads. Beginning to devour itself in midair, it opened a hole above Ann’s head . . .

A silvery flash shot straight up from below. It resolved into a blade, the tip of which thrust into the hole that’d appeared. The instant bluish lightning spilled from the hole, the sword pulled back out of it. And the terrible bug hole disappeared.

A black-gloved hand, stretching out from the pit, gripped”

If this is anime showings, then Alucard wins.

If it is manga showings, then I'm afraid D is even more ridiculously overpowered and wins.

D is the toughest vampire out there outside of gods from WoD or whatever in his book form.

Manga/ Novel D murders Alucard hard.

I think he could take it anime wide as well. As he has laser countering reflexes and can cut you so you do not regenerate.

In the anime, vampires cut by D's sword could absolutely regenerate, so D could never kill Alucard.

In the manga, yeah, not even a hologram, when cut by D's sword, can heal. I know it doesn't make any sense, it's just the way it is. So Alucard loses his primary advantage in almost any fight and is thoroughly screwed.

In the second D movie when he slashed the vampire. He commented why did he cut him in a way he could heal. He asked why showing mercy? As D could have slashed him to negate.

In the first movie it was D with his sword and tk that killed Lee with impalement.

It has been a while since I saw that movie but I know for a fact, D cut a vampire and then, a scene later, said vampire healed the wound. End of story.

He also killed a werewolf in the second movie, which had healing abilities....at least I think it was a werewolf. It had a second mouth on it's chest.
There is no "overkill". There is only "open fire" and "I need to reload.".

I like to think the 90s was the time when comics hit puberty. They’d grown out of being endearing but hadn’t yet figured out where to channel their emotions to not be utterly whiny cocks. -Beadle
