You know, chen Lu? He was such an interesting character and he had a great role in warren Ellis's thunderbolts and then he dissappeared.
He would make a fasinating avenger for example. He and hulk would have some very interesting discussions

He showed up during Dark Reign in the pages of Mighty Avengers working alongside the titular team. There was a great scene of him fighting alongside Quicksilver and them bantering about belonging to two of the longest-standing teams of villains (Masters of Evil and Brotherhood of Mutants). Since then, I haven't seen anything about him.
Unfortunately, I believe his last appearance was a super villain in Leob's Cable vs Avengers.
Why as a super villain? Probably because Thunderbolts didn't seel enough for Marvel to care about whatever happened there.
And because Loeb is one of the writers who gets to do absolutely what he wants.

I think it is less a case of Loeb able to do what he wants and more he just not caring or willing to read up on what happened recently to a character.
Radioactive man was one of my favorite members of the Masters of Evil

Yup. Loved the costume design Mike Deodato Jr came up with for T-Bolts
While it's hard to 'miss' a guy in a wrestling leotard who'll give you cancer just by standing near him, I'd certainly put him on my list of Old School Villains Who Should Get More Work Because Reasons.
The X-Books Board is wretched and does not deserve the Domino Appreciation Thread.
One of my favorites on the Thunderbolts, someone should use him somewhere and hopefully not as cannon fodder.
GOD, YES! Chen is epic; and he should be in an on-going
