You get hardcover autographs on the title page, like you would a book. If they want to do a sketch they can do it on the inside cover. Just never get the dustjacket signed people

I was.seriously considering buying a Kallax shelf and transplanting my collection from the eye sore that is my gorilla rack until Steve Epting was announced for a local con next month. I don't think I can resist getting a sketch in one of my Captain America omnis. I don't want to bore everyone wiyh a complete list of autographs, so heres some highlights:

Punisher Omni and Punisher Max 1-3 signed by Garth Ennis
Warpath sketch by Mike Choi in X-Force vol 1
Nick Fury sketch by Jim Cheung in Secret Warrors Omni
    Thor Omni signed by JMS
Daredevil vol 2-6 HC signed by Bendis
Avengers Disassembled signed by Bendis, Finch, Jim Cheung, and Neil Adams with a Beast sketch by George Perez in the back.
    Marvel Zomnibus by Kirkman
X-Statix by Mike and Laura Allred
and this jem of a sketch by Fred Van Lente in Smash of the Titans

In addition to the signed DD and Elektra Omnibuses, I have:

Apache Skies TPB, signed by Ostrander on the cover
Batman: Gotham Noir (Prestige Format) signed by Brubaker on the cover
TMNT Ultimate Collection Vol. 1 Variant HC signed and sketched in by Eastman
The Tooth HC signed by Bunn and sketched in by Kindt
    Strongman TPB signed by Soule
Superman Red Son HC signed by Johnson

I lucked into almost all of those buying second hand. The TMNT Eastman and DD/Elektra ones I actually got in person.

I will stick to the book featuring signatures of artists that I have physically meet for this signing (the other one are mostly displayed on my blog):

Elektra Assassin t1 (1988 Delcourt French edition) signed and drawn by Bill Sienkiewicz. As the convention took place during the production of Stray Toaster he has also kindly do a drawing on a separate drawing paper (for free, these were different times)

Watchmen t1 (1988 Zenda French edition) signed by Alan Moore and signed by dave Gibbons on a separate drawing paper with a Rorschach pencil

V for Vendetta t3 (1988 Zenda French edition) signed by both Moore and Lloyd, with a tiny sketches of V

Comics Unmasked Anarchy in the UK, exhibition's HC book signed by Pat Mills, kevin O'Neill and Paul Gravett (the curator)

    These are my Sienkiewicz sketches:

I have a few books that are signed, but my favorite is the Kingdom Come slipcase edition signed by Mark Waid and Alex Ross.

A few years ago, my girlfriend got me a copy of the 30th-anniversary edition of "The Dark Phoenix Saga." She got it signed by Chris Claremont, John Byrne and Stan Lee, with a sketch by Byrne.
