"Batman V Superman" rumored to be split into two movies, with Part 1 coming this year!

"Batman V Superman" is now being rumored to have been split into two separate movies. Part 1 being called "BvS: Enter The Knight" and Part 2 being called "BvS: Dawn of Justice," with Part 1 coming out 10.23.15, and Part 2 coming out 3.25.16.

Some are saying that pic is photoshopped but i'm hoping its real. It makes sense for them to release a film this year even if it is a part 1 instead of waiting a whole year, since they'll probably be wrapping up the film soon anyway if they already haven't

If this is real it decreases the likelihood I'll care about the second one. If not, I still have great reservations about it. Maybe Snyder will make his first good movie (with the exception of Watchmen, which was more or less entirely Moore), but I doubt it.

I could see them playing off the word "night" due to its association with the Dark Knight as well as the "Dawn" of Justice movie. I don't know that I buy that this will actually come out this year, though. I can't imagine they've been able to keep a secret like that under wraps this long.

Don't believe it but as far as we know, there's going to be a lot of stuff that the film is going to deal with. Maybe splitting it into two would not be a bad idea.

The 23rd of November is a Monday. That's a weird day to premier a movie.

The Hunger Games comes out of the 20th, so that is steep competition. Other than that though, the only thing that would hurt BvS would be Star Wars, which comes out three weeks later.

I have to 2nd that, with so many character crammed in, making it 2 part maybe an ideal choice ..
