Weakest being that can defeat Vegito from Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z (Plus a sweet bonus)

Who- or what- is the weakest (as in least capable) entity that can fight and defeat Vegito- fusion of Vegeta and Goku- from Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z?

• Normal state only
• Any Super Saiyan form shown in the manga/anime (If I remember correctly, only Super Saiyan 1)
• Whatever feats Dragon Ball Multiverse may have added to the character (including, if I remember correctly, Super Saiyan 3 form)
• Hypothetical SSGod transformation

Bonus:

Assuming Candy Vegito is as delicious as he is powerful, is there any sweets lover in fiction capable of defeating Vegito and gaining the honor of tasting candy of the highest quality. (Even though they could probably just be wished back with the Dragon Balls, we'll assume Bulma or somebody invents a device that creates candy tasting like Candy Vegito to give to the winner. After all, I highly doubt either Bulma or Chi-Chi would want to see or hear about their fused spouse being eaten for real.)

Probably Pre Flashpoint Martian Manhunter. His TP ought to be strong enough (though Vegeta has a very strong "resist mental screwery" feat and Goku has some very low-end telepathy), and he can phase to avoid attacks while that's coming in.

when you say just dragonball, you are talking about the first series, spanning goku's childhood to his late teens. the way you worded it in the OP (dragonball AND dragonball z) means that you are using both, not that they are the same series. as such, vegito was never in the original since the concept of the saiyans was not introduced until DBZ.

The manga is Dragon Ball, from the beginning to the very end, with the introduction of Uub. The Anime is DB until Goku defeats Piccolo Jr, and then it's DBZ.

While he has absolutely 0 offensive telepathic feats (other than Babidi's mind control, the only really offensive telepathic feats I can think of in the entire series is Gohan's and Kuririn's telepathic sparring match, and Goku's trained with all of both of their teachers, and then some, by the start of the Cell Saga), I think interstellar/dimensional telepathy, the ability to just read weeks/months of memories with a touch the first (and admittedly only) time he tries that trick without the telepathic dude he was doing it to even realizing anything was happening, and the mentally asking for power from every living/non-living and non-living thing on a planet/solar system put Goku's pure telepathic oomph to the "fairly impressive" levels.

Of course, he's still pretty low level compared to the likes of Kaiou-sama, who tapped Goku, Vegeta, and Mr. Satan into the minds of everyone on Earth and in the afterlife and cheerfully offered to hook him up with the entire universe if he'd like, but still...

Sorry, reading the mind if someone who has no real tp resistance AND who isn't resisting isn't really all that impressive.

And taking power via Spirit Bomb charging isn't a telepathy feat either.

In any case, that's just not going to cut it against someone on the Xavier level.
