Create a team of C-list Marvel characters

Like the title says, create a team of c-list marvel characters. I know Cardiac and Slapstick would be on mine. Working on the rest.

To paraphrase Potter Stewart, I can't define a c-list character, but I know one when I see one.

I think I would add Lyra to my team as well. I dig the "she gets weaker as she gets angrier" thing. I'd make her very "zen" and have he go into battle plugged into earbuds listening to music.

Julia leads them to crimes as they are in progress through her clairvoyance. Other heroes would get brought in from time to time, similar to the original Defenders non-line-up.

Well, sure...there's also 'League of Losers' and the last version of 'All-Winners Squad', Frog Man, Toad, and Spider-Kid formed a team for ,like, 2 issues, Shock Troop, heck, even NextWave, but that doesn't mean we can't do this.

I am a little upset because my idea was to have my team have a secret funder who gave the team their missions and it would turn out to be Valeria Richards, but that issue of 'Avengers World' seems a little too close to my idea.
