Classic Herb Trimpe that was everywhere (at least for myself) back in the `70's. Had this on a kids t-shirt when I was 5.

Though I have never been a big fan of Hulk in the comics, I wish Marvel would produce a weekly Hulk television series. I recall the one starring Bill Bixby and Lou Ferrigno. It was an excellent series.
I was going to write a long winded reply but I think I' will just settle for it feels wrong.
Back me up here long time Hulk fans, but when you see Hulk just hanging out and going on missions with the Avengers taking orders, and being on a shadow council. I guess my inner social outcast that fell in love with the character in Middle School feels a little betrayed by this new big-green-team-player.
I don't know about you guys, but I hope for Avengers 2, they let Ferrigno do the Hulk's voice. I personally thought Ruffalo didn't do it justice. And only giving Ferrigno the grunts is not enough. I remember this scene and I would love to see more of that kind of Hulk.
Good Marvel characters- Bring Them Back!!!
The first season of that show was actually pretty good. Quite a few grey endings lifted straight from the books, a darker tone, and an intro that perfectly summarized the life of the Savage Hulk.
Then the second season happened.
While I don't dislike Ferrigno and I realize the respect many fans have for him, I would not mind if they just got Fred Tatasciore to do the characters voice. I pretty much associate him with Hulk at this point.
The first season was very good. I was impressed that the cliffhanger was adapting the Byrne/Milgrom stories. I was giddy as all hell to see the Gray Hulk transformation and Rick Jones turn into a Hulk as that episode ended.
Then Season 2 started and went..."yabba wha?" Changed the character model, he definitely didn't sound hulkish enough and there was far too much She-Hulk.
My preferred voice actor for the Hulk is the late Bob Holt from the `82 cartoon. Deep, gravely voice. And the roars...they're still in my head 30 years late.
Ok, what are the odds that the Hulk newspaper strip will get reprinted? Any fans? I've never read them, but apparently they pretty much aped the TV show.
Whoa now -- how in the hell did I miss this as a kid??? Atari 2600, though...ugh.
Marvel Age ad for HULK #336 & 337;
Gary Frank/Cam Smith from HULK #407 (?) or #408 (?)...all 3 Hulks at the time.
