I had those Spidey and Hulk constumes way back when.
I think we'd managed to salvage the Spidey mask and color it black after the black costume became a sensation.
ARGH! Must stop looking at Sidehow Collectables...love this stuff!
Captain America v1 #110, 1969: The first of three issues by Jim Steranko, he employs fine art, film and design techniques never seen before in comics. On the cover, the Hulk is drawn as a destructive force. His enraged eyes peer out through a partially shadowed face. The proportions of Rick Jones' figure seem smaller than actual perspective, but accentuates the man-monster's scale.
The first half of the book features a swift but brutal fight between Cap and the Hulk, who’s being pursued by American military forces through Manhattan. Needless to say, the Hulk’s not in a good mood. What would be a major character crossover in most other books, however, takes a back seat to setting up the plot: After Hulk pal Rick Jones is placed in the line of fire to be rescued by Captain America, the Hulk leaps away — battle over.
Steranko’s Hulk is actually slightly off-model: though massive, the Hulk’s head is proportionately sized to his muscled body, rather than the smaller head-to-body ratio with which the Green Goliath usually is drawn.
Cap nurses the knocked-out Rick to health using one of my favorite artistic visual shorthands in comic books, a tier of multiple panels showing the moving progression of time against a static foreground and background, as Steve walks through the scene of the sleeping-still Rick, Steve’s head bowing and his shoulders slumping as he reflects on his own troubles.

I wonder of the two,who will be back from the dead first?
Lol good question. I think Hulk will definitely be back by the time Thor 3 comes out. I thought Wolverine would be coming back when Logan comes out, but I think that might serve as a reason to showcase OML instead.
Either way, I hope Hulk's return is glorious. I like Cho as Hulk, but I still want Banner to be back as Hulk as well.
We are the Dora Milaje. We are the daughters of the 18 tribes of Wakanda. We are the teeth of the Panther God. Out of 10,000 years of sweat and bloodshed and battle are we born. We are the women of this ancient land. Deadliest of the species. And our time has come!
In addition to the UA Team battling the "Hulk" within UNCANNY AVENGERS #13; Cho's Hulk was seen within POWER MAN & IRON FIST #10.
The Incredible Hulk #254 “Waiting for the U-Foes”
In this issue, Bill Mantlo introduced one of the most clever additions to the Hulk’s Rogues Gallery in years with a villainous version of the Fantastic Four.
The U-Foes have become fixtures in the Marvel Universe since.
The Incredible Hulk #256-259 “World Tour”
Mantlo was one of the guys behind the Contest of Champions, where new Marvel international heroes were featured. As a lead-up to the Contest, Mantlo had the Hulk go on a World Tour where we got to see these international heroes, most notably Sabra and the Arabian Knight, spotlighted (while invented for the Contest, they appeared in the Hulk first).
The Incredible Hulk #312 “Monster”
In this notable issue, Mantlo re-visited Bruce Banner’s origins, with this becoming the first time in a published Marvel comic that Bruce’s history of domestic abuse became a part of the eventual formation of the Hulk (this is the first published Marvel comic that addressed the idea of the Hulk being Bruce’s bottled rage at his treatment by his father). Peter David later did a ton with this concept. Mike Mignola and Gerry Talaoc did the art.

And why Marvel hasn't cashed in on an FF/U-Foes confrontation is beyond me!
Or for that matter, why PAD didn't have a Gray Hulk/U-Foes clash either.
