I like Magneto taking responsibility for himself. It's true to the character. Ten levels scarier than some generic antihero, ten levels smarter than a drug addled "Mad terrorist twat."

But I thought it was established years ago that it was Sublime who killed Jean, using Magneto as a meat puppet. The Xorn retcon wasn't for explaining away the New York Genocide, it was so Magneto could have a head again after Logan cut his the F*** off. Everything else was Claremont ignoring any continuity that takes place after his stories. (again.)
