Catwoman vol 4 : Gotham Underground.. worth it?

I am thinking of picking this up. Any opinions about the story?

The TPB said it contains Catwoman 19-24, Annual 1, and the Joker's Daughter intro issue.

Is it worth it? I will be picking it up digital for 9.99.

In my opinion it might be the worst story arc of the entire New 52...and that's saying a lot. It was laugh out loud funny for all of the wrong reasons

I dropped Catwoman on issue 12 (or 0, whichever was later) and was morbidly curious about how it was going. Despite the negative reactions I was thinking of trying again but I think I'll get the latest All-Star Western trade instead (it's usually a fun read).
