2003 Daredevil V 2012 Spider-Man

To be clear, this is not any videogame, or comic book versions from these respective years for the two characters.

This is Andrew Garfields' Spider-Man, specifically by the end of The Amazing Spider-Man, nothing from TASM 2 included.

V Ben Afflecks' Daredevil, by the end of Daredevil (2003).

In power, in speed, ability, who wins? And, indeed, how?

All the usual stuff they had from those films, nothing less, or more.

No battle field, just a fight with no specific location.

And, no killing, if that's at all relevant.

Id'e say judging by the punishment he took during his fights with the lizard DD won't be able to put him down.

Possibly, Last Dalek, but feel it'd be an interesting fight all the same, spider powers, radar, or not.

meh, not really. while they are in the same range in terms of speed, peter is stronger, better durability/damage soak, and his long range game is better than matt's.

and yes, electra died in the movie and never came back to life. never.

Ah, but even casting Elektra aside, Gwen didn't die in TASM, so couldn't share that, at all.

Out of interest, how could Matt win by killing Peter? And, by agility and Spider-Sense, would Peter not manage to avoid it?

Yeah, I suppose Peter was able to deal with a lot of damage from Lizard, police and stuff like that, whereas Matt of course had to not only contend with criminals, but Elektra, Bullseye and Kingpin, and took a bit of a while to get ready to fight/beat Bullseye, and struggled a while with Fisk.

Still, worse foes for Murdock to fight, Marvel wise, like Hulk, Thor, or Iron Man.

And, Guy, what do you mean what went down in the games? Don't remember any, mostly, in the two films, apart from Peter playing one while waiting for Lizard.

I meant the ASM Video Game Adaptations. AMS VG1 is a non canon sequel to the first movie that was a lot of fun. Brought in giant robots and animal mutants for Spidey to fight.
AMS VG2 is a retelling of the second movie, and it's a bit of a mess, but you do get to fight Kingpin.

honestly, matt couldn't kill people. peter's soak is just too high and matt just doesn't do enough damage to even get him bloody. while peter could just pop his head off with a punch or just web his mouth close.
