For me it's definitely books that have generic superhero art (not a lot of creative details and generic big boobs and big pecs) and plotting, which remind me so much of the '90's. Really anything that looks like the characters are there only to service a not-terribly-interesting plot is unlikely to grab my interest. And there a lot of books like that.
Also, I'm pretty tired of book where it's our world but there are monsters too ala Hellboy. I love Manifest Destiny, but I nearly never even gave it a look because of the premise.

If your comic is about being a white American suburban teen/urban twentysomething living in a world that just doesn't understand you, I will be over here reading something with dinosaurs in it.

Avengers Arena and anything that kills underexposed characters like dogs.
The funerals and hommages to dead popular characters who will come back anyway tend to irk me too. Because my suspension of disbelief stops right where I see Nightcrawler and Colossus crying about Logan.

Also I can't stand anything drawn by Chaykin, Calafiore, Liefeld or Frenz.

    Liefeld, yeah.
I tend to be very uncaring about what the art looks like, but if it strays too extremely from the vitruvian standard, I avoid it.
Pretty much anything by Ellis, Millar, Miller, Brubaker, Fraction, and several others.
    Anything too grim or realistic.
Anything at all supportive of squirrels or squirrely rights.
    Anything about Jenkins' Sentry.

And megadestruction (any destructions on citywide scales or higher) turns me way off.

So, your problem is with the means of production for the comic, not its actual content. Interesting.

What comic book title goes out of it's way to insult fans of cheesecake?

I can't really think of any that I have strong negative reaction to. I will say that I tend to prefer strong, clean line-work and compositions with clear figures (think Mike Allred of Steve Rude). I'm turned off by busy, messy stuff by artists like Jim Lee. But that's not an absolute rule, there are busy artists whose work I like.

I'm turned off by a superhero book that overdoes the cheesecake butt and boob shots, especially if there's a dissonance there where the writer is trying to tell a more feminist story.

I'm turned off by sadistic gore and torture porn. Grimdark negativity for its own sake.

Lately, DC comics has been hitting most of my "dislike" buttons and I've stopped reading most of their books.
