Yeahs the last days of certain charcters.
Somebody should start a thread asking what different heroes are gonna do with their final hours...
So I'm reading this as: in May we publish Secret Wars where the Marvel U is dead, but we'll also publish a concurrent prequel which shows what happened before everyone died.
Looks lie Deadpool got out early.
So long my favorite comics...
"Who wouldn't go out with the Black Widow? I'd strangle a litter of kittens for one dinner with her!"
Adrian Toomes aka the Vulture
"Natasha Romanoff, A.K.A. Black Widow - ex-KGB, formerly with S.H.I.E.L.D...Probably the brains of this operation.I have followed her career, and she has been consistently UNDERRATED."
I don't think most will survive.
DAMN IT! I told myself I wasn't buying this 'cause I don't like Hickman, but it looks like I'll need to in order to understand...well, everything afterwards.
I just hope they give Wasp a good moment to go before they write her out of existence.
May Wolverine, Deadpool the Fantastic Four and X-men rest in peace in the comic world for as long as Fox own the movie rights.
Seriously does anyone else find it suspicious that as soon as Fox gives a green light to a Deadpool film that the comic gets setup to end?
So long Aunt May!
...I mean she lives in Queens right? Still a prequel for various 616 (and maybe Ultimate or even other universe) characters would be interesting.
As long as they don't kill off Forbush Man, I'm down.
To be honest, I've nearly parted ways with Marvel already. This may just seal the deal.
Boy, I hope things turn out alright. Sounds very ominous.
DO they mean last days as a Marvel reader?
I tried reading all of that.
But it just made me sad.
I don't know if I just do not understand what is supposed to happen, or if I am just refusing to accept it.
"All it takes for sexism to prosper is for good men to see nothing."
While the main event sounds like a video game, this sounds like some kinda fanfic stuff. With only hours to their demise, character X finally tells character Y that they (A) love them (B) killed their best friend (C) hate them (D) some variation of the above. Won't this just play off like some kinda daytime soap opera?
I suppose you could get some heroes finally saying WTF and actually going out and killing some villains that keep coming back and back and back again, but I doubt it.
"Boomerang arrow, Kate... It comes back to you in the end. Boomerang. Respect it." - Clint
"Why the hell do you need an arrow that comes back to you after you shoot it, Clint?" - Kate
"Because... Boomerangs." - Clint.
