Although the theme of this arc was that this team was the "rebel/renegade" Avengers, no one one is getting kicked out on this cover. I think the OP was looking for covers where the hero is being visually rejected.

I was thinking of this line-up in the sense that they've been "banned" from the superhero community due to the fallout of CW. Being a rebel can be, to me at least, a way of being banned!
