I think the team line up is interesting though it is more of a Maximoff Family Soap Opera (but no one would buy a comic called that).
Scarlet Witch is in love with Wonder Man who is in Rogue's head. She and her brother, Quicksilver, are looking for their true origins (while giving Fox a giant middle finger). And now throw in Vision, Scarlet Witch's AI ex husband based off of Wonder Man's brain pattern and voila. No clue how Voodoo, Sabretooth, and FalCap factor in though. Just need to bring in Crystal, Speed, Wiccan, and Hulking to round out the family reunion.

The easiest thing to do was to put the blame on Wanda's reality-warping powers. She didn't want to be Magneto's daughter anymore, so she retconned herself as Whizzer and Miss America's daughter.

Of course there is another option: The current Magneto isn't the real one. Magneto has been replaced by robots, clones, and (maybe) Xorn in the past.

This is pretty much my interpretation.
