Jeff Parker's Exiles. It was a fun book that had clearly set up some interesting sub-plots (many of which are hinted at in the synopses of unmade issues at the back of the tpb) and was just a lot of fun. I guess the problem was that it launched too soon after Claremont's New Exiles and the readership wasn't ready for it.

I'd maybe also say Captain Britain and MI13. I didn't love it as much as some people (I find Cornell to be a tad too sentimental of a writer) but it had good stories and characters and felt distinct in the landscape.
