‘Chakra’ Movie In Bollywood Development – Stan Lee’s Indian Superhero Is Headed To The Big Screen
Comic book maestro and Marvel mainstay Stan Lee is about to see another of his characters hit the big screen, thanks to a newly announced live-action version of his animated superhero property, "Chakra: The Invincible." Variety reports Graphic India and Lee’s POW! Entertainment have teamed up with Phantom Films to kick off pre-production on a Bollywood theatrical version of Lee’s character, originally launched as a comic book superhero in 2011 before getting the animated movie treatment in 2013 with a series of TV films that aired on Cartoon Network India.
Chakra is Lee’s first Indian superhero, and the new feature will mark Lee’s first foray into Bollywood entertainment.

Not sure if it's been mentioned yet, but the NuHuman Dinesh Deol, also known as Grid, is a relatively recent addition to the Marvel Universe who hails from India.

While Stan Lee is credited as Chakra's creator/co-creator, the comic is a Graphic's India comic, therefore, it doesn't really count as a Marvel character.

Happy to see someone make mention of him, though. I've taken quite the shine to him and his small but growing supporting cast, particularly his older brother.

So when is Marvel Studios going to sign Priyanka Chopra to play a character, new or established?

Well it looks like I stand corrected regarding Chakra! But it only goes to show how little exposure these characters are given.

Who is Pakistani-American, and thus close enough for this thread. Raz Malhotra, aka the new Giant-Man, also fits. There was also Omega Sentinel.
