Yeah, Batman branding people, murdering people, punching his proteges and Catwoman is perfectly fine but oral sex? Nah, heroes don't do that.
Reminds me about this story I heard about Neil Gaiman (I think in the 80's or the 90's) not being allowed to write a scene where a character is shown masturbating and DC gave a similar excuse to which Gaiman reportedly responded 'that must be why they dress up and run around in tights all the time'.
