And even when the comes out game is fine, they have controversies coming from the outside, like Hogwart Legacy.

Though in the case of MK1 and Legacy those controversies were meaningless as those games sold like hotcakes. Legacy was the highest selling game last year and MK1 outsold SF6 and likely TK8 this year… WB doesn’t know how lucky they are to have loyal fans

He’s running damage control so hard lol. Batman gets a bullet in the head, and Superman seems to think he’s dead. Miller’s claiming that the JL will come back in a later season which ok, fine. How many people are going to stick around for that? What if WBD kills the servers and ends the game before that, like how Avengers died before the Krem invasion? Miller wanted to milk this for clout and instead he’s having to run around putting out fires.

Oh and what if the JL that shows up is a JL from another Earth? Y’know like what they’re doing with Joker? Arkhamverse JL would still be dead.

Justice League acted like idiots and allowed Brainiac to take over, Metropolis is destroyed, thousands of civillians are killed by JL (if they're clones, it makes it a little bit less brutal, if they're real, then I can't imagine how they will be able to deal with that), spoilers:

Superman killed Wonder Woman, Batman at very least killed Tim Drake, and there's a chance he killed Dick, Barbara and Alfred as well.

The best thing they can do here is to make Flash go back in time and erase this game's events, making it non canon.

I guess they don’t show those two dying so you could somehow handwave them surviving, but it’s as idiotic as Superman seeing the Squad has kryptonite and choosing to fly away instead of killing them before they can hurt him. Why would a murder-happy Batman not make sure Tim is dead? There’s so many asspulls this story would need to work. And yeah apparently everyone in Metropolis is dead, how the hell could the JL ever come back from that? They botched things so badly they’d all have to retire in shame.

Yes, they sold really well, at least. It would be cool if WB saw that Hogwarts Legacy, a tradicional single player experience, was their highest selling game and took that as a clue of what to do next.
