Sony did Spider-verse
There probably just isn't that many studios interested in doing licensed DC games outside of Batman (who likely has a new game in development already somewhere at WB). Take into account they would have to share a portion of their revenue with Warner, which makes them risky projects.
Take into account the Square Enix Marvel games bombed so hard they had to sell the studios developing them. And EA has said that "they are pivoting towards original IP", which indicates that they think that the licensed Marvel/Star Wars games were a mistake before they are even released.
There's also the possibility that WB may be too controlling and not good to work with.
Like Marvel announced the Blade game is being developed by Arkane Studios. Now Arkane has a distinct style and way of designing games, Dishonored, Deathloop, and Prey are all not standard triple-a type games like say Suicide Squad KTJL or Square's Avengers are. So assuming Marvel/Disney isn't forcing Arkane to make Blade a certain way, they are willing to let the studio make the game in their unique style.
And then there's Midnight Suns which was a big risk on Marvel's part being a strategy game designed by Fireaxis Games. Which looking at WB, they may not be in the right mindset to ever greenlit a game like Midnight Suns currently.
Everyone always forgets Marvel also did a Guardians of the galaxy game that was really good, but didn't get attention because of the failed Avengers game. I feel like it showed a game like teen titans could work. You'd just have to play as Robin/Nightwing, which would admittedly suck.

Again, Marvel just sells the licensing. They don’t have creative control unless for some reason the contract states they do, thought generally there are guideline, nor do they don't necessarily share in the profit beyond the licensing deal unless royalties are part of the deal. Marvel didn’t do any of these games. WB had a bomb, and I don’t think GK did great, but generally has a good track record in gaming. Hell Hogwarts was the top selling game last year.

Really? I feel like there's still been plenty of great DC stuff though.
My Adventures with Superman
DC Super Hero Girls
Justice League Action
Batman: The Long Halloween
Superman: Red Son
All the Lego DC DTV's.
Lego Batman Movie
Death of Superman
Reign of the Supermen
Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay
Teen Titans: The Judas Contract
I feel like I should also mention that in the past decade Marvel's had two lackluster Spider-Man cartoons and a lackluster Avengers cartoon.
Justice League Action was great though.
I guess they wouldn't bring it back without Kevin Conroy.
Square Enix GoTG was great. I finished that game two times, back to back.

Yeah, but since the game is good, it had a resurgence a year later.
