    I dunno but I'm excited. Finally Black Lightning is getting something, he's one of my favorite under-appreciated characters over at DC.

    Super awesome that Black Lightning is finally getting some love. Long overdue that we get a live action version of the character. Not sure how I feel about that premise though. His daughter joins a gang which brings him out of retirement.

    I don't think it's his daughter that joins the gang, since she's the one "looking for justice," while a "star student" is the one who joins the gang.

    They seem like completely separate characters unless one is Anissa and the other Jennifer.

    Long overdue for Black Lightning to get some love. Nice to see they're making up for lost time by giving him his OWN show, rather than making him a guest star in an already existing show.

    The synopsis just sounds great. Jefferson gets to be a caring teacher, a community activist, a family man, AND a great superhero all in one. You can't ask for better than that out of a superhero show.

    It'd be cool if they situated Black Lightning on Supergirl's Earth since there, so far, isn't as big a Superhero community on her Earth compared to Earth-1 .

    It would also probably be easier to insert him and his old career into the history of Supergirl's Earth then it would be in Earth-1.
