Also, if you read AvX - Sinister London arc Nathaniel Essex actually had people paint what would happen in AvX on the wall. And Cyclops was not right in AvX he was just not entirely wrong, the Avengers so happened to be more wrong.
Utopia would not have been possible without Namor who Emma Frost recruited and Frost's funding. She even thought the idea was stupid as it painted a giant target on their backs. (And it did, we had Second Coming).
I'm not saying Cyclops didn't do anything. I'm saying you are mistaken if you think he contributed to 70% of the work.
And wrong, Cyclops was wrong. Everyone was wrong in AvX. He only happened to be less wrong then the Avengers.
