DC Forum Appreciation Thread rules:

1) No negative comments about the honoree of this thread. It's an appreciation thread, not a non-appreciation one.

Now that the thread has reopened I get my chance to appreciate Barda. She is one of my all time favorite characters! Completely comfortable with herself, and totally badass. Plus, she and Scott Free have the best relationship in comics.

Big Barda has always been a favorite of mine and I think she has a ton of potential as a character. I like her relationship with Scott Free and I like the fact that she is protective of him. She has a ton of power and is a force to be reckoned with.

I thought her portrayal in JLU was right on.Her and Scott.Seeing Hellish Apokolips,Granny,and the battle with the furies was fantastic.
