Panther might be a bit too slow to deal with Kenshin, even if he did show some good skill against rookie Cap. He could take down people like Misao, Sano, Saito, and MAYYBEEEE Hiko due to his lack of durability feats, but that's it. Guys like Aoshi, Soujiro or Shishio should have more than enough skill, durability, and speed to deal with Panther.
