According to the issue credits it was Cedric Nocon.

Not a true Liefeld then, just someone doing a cheap imitation of the master's great works. I feel cheated!

You're right, it was a good attempt at imitation, but the lack of pouches and/or swords gave him away in the end.

How is Cyclops alife again and didnt he just died in the last isssue ?

Yes. But really who would think he would stay dead. Time travel will fix it so cyclops, and, Magik are alive again

Doubt this cover has anything to do with the book. Bendis already said he changed plans and any post axis stuff won't happen until 32 he isn't finished with the. Mallory arc so I have no faith in covers
