Harvey Bullock is among the characters that makes Gotham worth watching. I had a feeling a romantic sub-plot would emerge with him at some point. But based on last night's episode, it could be one of those sub-plots that's either really good for the character or really bad. It's hard to tell at this point, but I'm definitely going to check it out.
