    Default PREVIEW: Deadpool Annual, #2

    • Hang on...is that Deadpool or Spider-Man? YES.
    • Deadpool "helps out" his "friend" Spider-Man by donning his webs!
    • Think Spidey will appreciate it?

    Deadpool looks like Sam Witwer.

Spider-Man tossed Rhino into a wall, even though he knew the Rhino drowned during the Ends of the Earth arc?

I'm looking forward to this much more than I remember looking forward to this first Annual. And that turned out pretty decent. So... High hopes for this one.

    God, that face!

Btw, love the depiction of Chameleon in the preview. This is the creepiest take on him yet! And he has successfully managed to **** up Spidey's mental AND physical well-being. Looks pretty neat.

I like the idea in the story, but like Spider-man couldn't get away from the Chameleon or figure out which one is him with his Spider-Sense. Spidey is pretty fast at webswinging, once he started Chameleon would have lost him in a second.

But, they probably have a reason why he can easily find him... hopefully.

Chameleon is a good choice for a villain.
I'm suspecting that Wade will dress up as Spidey to confuse Chameleon? Let's see how this turns out! I'm really excited for this.

    Assuming it's actually the Chameleon.

I love this story! Now Deadpool can teach Spider-man how to get along with the strange voice

By the way, please somebody tell me what does the "raw spider-muscle punctuation" mean!
The whole readers in JP get confused with it.

What's that "woof" thing writers are using now? Why are people barking like dogs? When did this start and can it stop.

Not one quotable funny line from either of the master wisecrackers was so disappointing. And speaking of master, such a lazy & odd name to go with for the already dull Snake Guy villain. The fast moving speed f/x for when the heroes struck the bad guys was better suited to speed based superfolk. And Chameleons whole toy with Spidey before killing him for old times sake seemed a bit tired and his transformations a bit poorly presented. It wasn't special enough for an Annual http://s5.postimg.org/zdbbzrk0n/Dead...ual_02_000.jpg despite the promising cover.

I enjoyed it a lot. The Mortal Kombat lines from Deadpool were great. I like that it improved the relationship between the 2 and it wasn't just a team-up of sorts that'll be forgotten.
