Question!

With characters with higher or empowered forms, is it assumed in a scenario that they have to transform into those forms at the start as an action?

For example, with sayains, does Goku have to actively transform into a super sayain in combat or can he be assumed to be transformed at the start?

Goku enters the arena in his normal form. If he wants to go super-sayain, he has to do so in Battle. Same for anyone else like that, unless it can be shown they they spend 75% of the time or more in their transformed form. She-hulk, for example.

Why 126? I mean that just seems like a weird number to pick.

Anything that says "Of Choice" can be bought by as many different teams as want it. But only once per team IIRC.

A few other things like the team Uniforms are considered both generic and not-powerful enough to be bought once by each team.


Speaking of, I would like to suggest that the Soul sword I added in the other thread, being unique to each person be considered applicable for multiple team purchase.

It should be clear as to what types of swarms. A swarm of Locusts is different than a swarm of bees which is different that a swarm of ladybugs or butterflies.

Because I could think of Swarms of "bugs" that could get really nasty.

Right, what if one person wants fleas, another earthworms, and another locusts? Different bugs have different applications.

Still, I don't think we should clutter the list with "Swarm of mosquitos," "swarm of flies", "swarm of spiders", etc.
