However, and I'm not trying to start something here, but isn't the very name and concept of a guy called 'Scalphunter' incredibly offensive to Native Americans?
Am I missing something here? I've never heard of the character before.

Scalphunter has been around for decades. He is normally a member of Sinister's Marauders, who massacred the Morlocks and has died numerous times but he and the rest of the Marauders get resurrected as clones by Sinister.
