I would add Batman: Tales of the Demon to that list, it's the name that was retroactively given to the story arc that introduced Ra's Al Ghul. It's pretty great and representation of a more flawed but impressive Batman, (his flaws made him even more impressive, really) fighting a foe he wasn't prepared for and it created an interesting before and after to the character.

Batman: The Last Arkham. Kind of feels like Batman guest starring in the Hannibal series. Really, IMO, You can just pick up a random issue of Alan Grant's run and be sure that you are in for a great Batman story.
