Thank God for Joshua Williamson, We FINALLY get some DEVELOPMENT on Wally's situation in the Flash annual/Flash War Prelude.

Magenta returns and Frankie REMEMBERS WALLY!!! He's finally going to visit Iris and tell her the Truth and he now is rebuilding his life outside of Titans Tower (Dick even made a cameo revealing he used Bruce's money to buy Wally an Appartment in Keystone- Not that he has stuff to put there yet... or Money to buy stuff.... but he has an Appartment so Progress). Plus with the HUGE revelation that Hunter Zolomon is back to cause Flash War. Wally's finally going to 'Break through those Roadblocks' that kept him living as the Flash full time making no effort to rebuild his life, hopefully this leads to him getting out of the Ourgatory that is Titans and back onto a Justice League but lets not Run before we can walk.

Fantastic issue. Way better than what Williamson used to write, he seems more at ease with Wally than Barry.

Easily one of the best best chapter of the Rebirth and a really good start for an epic storyline. It's been a long time since I've been that excited for a Flash story, can't wait for what's next !

Perfect Storm got off to a really good start last week as well. I suggest anyone who hasn't been following Flash and just picked up this issue check it out as well. Wally isn't in that issue, but he will play a big part in the arc. Plus, it has some of the best Barry and Iris stuff I've ever read, so it's a lot of fun.
