Wally is officially confirmed to be the fastest person in DC Nation today
He's also teased on Heroes in Crisis page but we know that he will be one of the murder suspects thanks to Bleeding cool leaks.

I haven't seen it drawn that way recently anywhere else, but that picture. It still has the V shape in Flash War. Though, the costume Hunter put on has the old belt along with lack of lines and chin cover. Originally Posted by TheSupernaut
