I'm not talking about things they have in common, I'm talking about respect.

The kind of thing that is gained by actions.

Yeah. Why in the world would anyone be afraid for Donna Troy?
Parental care is way exhausting. Gained insight into what my parents went through when I was a baby. Not fun, but what ya gonna do? (Read comics, obviously.)

I kind of wish someone would take a panel like the above and redo it using modern coloring/shading techniques. Would it look better or worse than what LaRoque had to work with back in the 80's? Would it 'pop' more or would the 'enhanced' colors take away from those wonderful pens?

Waller still has the same personality from her old incarnation. Starfire is Starfire, she has always been an exhibitionist. Bar Tor has been the only disaster from among those.

Also, I can assure you that Donna will be completely different from before, most likely with a new race and possibly at the same age as current Wally, which would frankly be for the better because she was basically a Diana clone (Hell, she was a Diana clone at one point).

Howard Porter was the best artist who ever worked on Wally's series.

And I loved Greg LaRocque's and Scott Kolins' work.

Just rewatched the Young Justice Wally-centric episode, "Denial." I really wish we could see more of his relationship with Artemis. It would be great if that crossed over in the comics. Of course you'd have to One More Day his marriage to Linda. (Which- I know this is going to be a shock to hear a a Wally fan say, but- I wouldn't really have a problem with.)
Good Marvel characters- Bring Them Back!!!
