Nope I don't believe it. There's too many loose ends to tie up before killing Wally. Plus he just died 7 months ago.

While I wouldn't put anything past DC, the timing would be weird given they finally started to call Kid Flash Wallace (after two years) to avoid confusion and had Williamson play up the differences between Wally/Barry so they could co-exist. There's also this from the interview with Williamson I linked on the last page...
While I'm sure King's book will focus a bit on what Wally's going through, I'm not really sure how much it would play in the "big story" Williamson seems to be referencing and set up in Flash War.But I think he looks at it and he's like, 'I need to be smarter about this, I'm not going to make the same mistakes that Barry made. But I'm not just going to sit here, I'm going to go find them. I'm going to figure this out.'
And we'll see in #51 the emotional impact of that first. But that story, I mean dude, that story is so big and just getting started and revving up, you know? And part of it is this is somebody else's story too, because that's going to move on from me a little. So I don't want to get too much into it, but there's a lot of stuff that's going to be happening in the DCU. Those bits and pieces with Wally was really me getting him over to those areas so people could continue to tell that big story with him.
Didio knows how to get a reaction from people that's for sure and he knows Flash fans are probably the most paranoid in existence.
Yeah, I think people are making too much out of some jokes. In the past, Crisis events have hit the Flash Family hard in the past, so it's low hanging fruit as far as a few jokes go.
Besides, if they were actually going to kill Wally, they wouldn't be talking about it now.

Unless that's what they want us to think.
All kidding aside, this is apparently a potential thing from Mattel?
Question is the Flash/Speed Buggy one shot set outside of continuity? I mean Wally and Linda were together in it, and there were cameo appearances by John Fox and Max Mercury.

He's back to his nasty 2009-2011 habits again. It doesn't look good.
Man, such a troll. I think it's very unlikely that Wally won't survive this, though.
