So, certainly not because Howy is around, I thought I'd mention booze - on the whole I've made a concerted effort to cut back on beer to lose a bit of weight (which has worked), at the same time I'm really starting to enjoy Red Wine, especially Rioja and Shiraz. Need to buy some decent wine glasses though.
