HOnestly I just jumped right into Queen of Hel but from the interview CBR did with Bennett today, you might want to read 1602: Witch Hunter Angela.

I think you(everyone actually) should enjoy the fact that Angela is still a very new character and read at least all her series. Is not even more than 15 issues at all...

Either Sera was wrong about Bor being in Valhalla, or it wasn't really Bor. It's unlikely we'll get an answer one way or the other, since it doesn't really factor into the story. I think the main point of having some of Angela's "family" show up was mostly to show her rejecting them.

I'm reminded of Sif, when I see Angela.

I see that, and a little Red Sonja...and maybe Jean Grey tossed in terms of physical appearance. I know Logan is dead, but has he met Angela? I'm betting he'd develop an instant crush.

If it wasn't Angel magic, then what was it because they have been closed off from the rest of of the other realms.

There's no reason to believe it couldn't still be magic. There are lots of galaxies in midgaurd afterall... dimensions are still very _big_ places.
